Conshohocken, PA (January 30, 2024) – Best Of Cup is proud to announce their partnership with C2 Sports. C2 has a passion to work with boutique events that stand out, and the Best Of Cup fits that description. The Best Of Cup is an annual, invitation-only competition between U9-U19 clubs from the MLS Next, ECNL & NAL leagues and clubs, hosted in the United States in 4 different regions. Several teams from USYS & USLA leagues will be invited to the event, especially in the U14 and younger age groups.

 

The inaugural Best Of Cup U15-U19 event will be coordinated at WSFS Sportsplex, Chester PA and Chase Fieldhouse, Wilmington DE. It will be the first of four different U15-U19 regional events throughout 2024 – 2025 seasons with the next tournament targeted for Southern California. For the U17-U19 age groups, the Best Of Cup will specialize in our ability to provide a smaller scale recruiting event that caters to College Coaches and enables them to watch full games without scrambling from field to field by strategically selecting locations that are at one site and have 4-6 fields in close proximity to one another.

Rineer adds, “C2 has a large network of partners, and these relationships will elevate this event as it becomes the premier, invite-only, competition in the country!”

 

For the U9-U14 age groups, the Best Of Cup will focus on elite teams from clubs who compete in the MLS NEXT, ECNL, & NAL leagues at the older age groups as well as top USYS U9-U14 teams. Being an invite-only event with applications also being accepted, this tournament will embody the same high standards associated with the Best Of Cup brand.

 

“The Best Of Cup is a tournament of the elite leagues in US youth soccer,” states Rineer. “We are beyond excited to work alongside C2 to create an unbelievable competitive experience for the players, as well as College Coaches for the older age groups”, he concludes.
