How It Works

2. Refund Scenarios

   • Full Refund – Before the Tournament Starts
     If the event is canceled before play begins for a covered weather reason, your team receives 100% of the registration fee back.

   • Pro-Rated Refund – Mid-Tournament Cancellation
     If the event is canceled after play has started, your team receives a pro-rated refund based on the number of games guaranteed vs. games played. You only pay for the games you actually played.

• Team Registration Fee: $1,345

• ECTC Cost: $134.5 (10% of entry fee)

• Scenario 1: Event canceled before start → $1,345 refund

• Scenario 2: Event canceled mid-tournament after 2 of 3 guaranteed games → $448.33 refund

 

After You Purchase

• You’ll get a confirmation email from VI Coverage with your Coverage Certificate.

• If the tournament is canceled, file a claim using the link inside that certificate.
